"Checkout Was Way More Frustrating Than I Expected"
I expected the ordering process to be straightforward, but the website was a mess. It kept freezing when I got to payment, and my basket changed on its own twice, which was really annoying. Even finding basic information took way longer than it should have. I ended up giving up because it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

"Used to feel like a better deal"
I don’t know, this just didn’t feel worth the price this time. I’ve had better experiences with it before, but what showed up was only okay quality-wise, and for what they’re charging now, I expected more. Kind of left me feeling like I overpaid

I only wore this a handful of times before the stitching started coming loose. i feel stupid for trusting them and expecting better quality. Definitely wouldn’t buy from them again

"Return took longer than it should have"
I did get my exchange sorted in the end, but it took longer than I think is fair. If a company offers returns and exchanges, they should really make the process quicker and easier for customers

"Charged quickly, but updates were lacking"
I ordered from edz.co.uk and the item itself was fine, so no complaints there. The frustrating part was that I was charged straight away, but when I had a basic question about delivery, I didn’t get any update or reply for a few days.
When customer service finally got back to me, they were polite, but the answer didn’t really help much. It just made the whole experience feel more stressful than it needed to be, especially when all I wanted was a simple update

"Delivery was fine... but not exactly great!!"
I ordered from EDZ and, to be fair, the parcel did arrive in the end!! It just took longer than I thought it would... and the tracking wasn’t always very clear, which was a bit frustrating?? Nothing went missing or anything, so that’s definitely a plus!! But yeah, the delivery could be a lot more reliable. Overall, just kind of average really...

"Sizing was way off"
I ordered my usual size, but it was way too tight and didn’t match the size guide at all. The sleeves felt weird too, like the fit was just off overall. I ended up having to send it back, which was frustrating. I also reached out about it, but it felt like nobody even read my message. Annoying experience, and I don’t think I’d order from here again.

"Really scratchy and just not comfortable"
I bought a base layer from EDZ and, umm, I just couldn’t get on with it at all.
After about 10 minutes the material started feeling really scratchy on my skin, and the seams were rubbing under my arms. I was expecting something soft and a bit stretchy, but it felt more like rough, cheap fabric to me.

I tried washing it once to see if that would soften it up, but it felt exactly the same afterwards. I ended up putting it aside and haven’t worn it again. Definitely not for me
